Beverly Caesar Sherrod was born in Queens, NY and is the daughter of Bethel's founders Bishop R. Caesar and Gertrude Caesar. She serves as Bethel's Assistant Administrator, and is the director of the counseling ministry. Other responsibilities include serving as registrar for the Bethel Bible Institute where she is also a faculty member. She sits on the Board of Clergy of the Second Chance Program, administered by the Queens District Attorney, Beverly also is a volunteer for Hospice, of New York. Beverly wears many hats in this ministry and assists her pastor and brother Bishop Roderick R. Caesar Jr. through scheduling and coordination of special programs and activities in the church. For a number of years she assisted him as the radio announcer on the Full Gospel Hour Radio Broadcast. An outstanding teacher, seminar leader and expositor, she comes with a wealth of knowledge of the Word. She obtained Bachelor degrees from Vision International University and the College of New Rochelle, respectively, and attended C.W. Post College studying Sociology. She later graduated from the New York Christian Counseling Center. Beverly also received her MSW degree at Adelphi University. The Lord is first in her life and it is her desire to be remembered as one who WHOLLY followed the Lord. Beverly is married to John Sherrod, who is active in Bethel's ministry, and has an adult daughter, Rhonda, who as she follows in the footsteps of her rich heritage, is serving alongside her husband at Word of Life Church in Brooklyn, New York.
