Good morning and praise the Lord!! Let God be your "Guide" today.

Meditate on this scripture today:

Psalm 5:3
"My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up."

How you begin something, can often determine how it will end. For example, if you start a plumbing project without the proper preparation of planning, correct tools and parts, and simply "wing it" or "shoot from the hip", then you can be pretty sure that once you "believe you're finished", a leak or two will surely spring up -somewhere, someplace and definitely somehow!! That's the same as a pilot strapping into a cockpit and taking off without ever checking all of the navigation and radar controls in their aircraft. They call that "flying blind!"

Believe it or not, many people begin their day the same way. Although you may watch the news the first thing in the morning with your first cup of coffee, or turn on 1010 Wins to catch the latest updates - ("you give us 22 minutes and we'll give you the world"), you still are "flying blind" because your "Source of Guidance" is limited and temporary. You see, even though you may think you've heard it all in 22 minutes, you still don't know the "next 22 minutes" before it happens. BUT GOD DOES! He knows the yesterday, the today and the TOMORROW of every situation. In fact, He even knows the very "thoughts He has for you, of peace and not of evil, but of a future and hope!" (Jeremiah 29:11). He is your absolute best guidance system anywhere, at anytime and will take you anyplace you're supposed to go! And the best part, HE CAN FIX ANY PROBLEM you may have now, and LEAD YOU THROUGH any situation you will face in the future. You can be confident that when God fixes a problem, it's fixed - because He gets to the ROOT of it - what caused it and why. He knows the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. His very eyes "run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him." (2 Chronicles 16:9) Don't rely on man's limited radar, man's breakable parts, or man's temporary fixes. Get the job done and done right!

So today, before you start making plans, decisions, before you start trying to "fix things", go to the ONLY REAL AND TRUE "Source of Guidance" - GOD and let Him begin your day the right way.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path. (Proverbs 3:5)

Be blessed today and let God be your Guide!!
