Dr. Roderick Richardson Cæsar currently gives guidance to five branch churches in Queens, Long Island, Brooklyn, Georgia and Haiti.
For 40 years he gave pastoral oversight to a vibrant congregation of over 2,000 members of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, now Foundation Church.

Background
Born in Jamaica, Queens, New York Bishop Cæsar is the son of Bethel’s founders, Roderick Richardson Cæsar Sr. and Gertrude Brown Cæsar. He began ministry under his parents’ mentorship, later serving as Pastor of Calvary Full Gospel Church in Woodside, Queens for ten years, before becoming Assistant Pastor of Bethel.
In 1984, his father entrusted him with the role of Senior Pastor, and in 1994 he was consecrated as Bishop. He holds degrees from Northgate Bible College and Logos Bible College, with theological training from Zion and Bethel Bible Institutes, and was awarded a Doctor of Divinity from Vision International University in 1994.
