Pastor David Anderson

David Winston Anderson is the Senior Pastor of RH Ministries previously located in Red Hook, Brooklyn - now meeting

Pastor Anderson is the son of the late Rev. Winston and Anita Anderson who served faithfully at Westbury Gospel Tabernacle. God's hand on Pastor Anderson's life, was evident from a young age as he worked with his father at Camp Joharie and as a member of the Bethel's Youth for Christ Choir. As an adult, Pastor Anderson continued to serve at Camp Joharie in the summers, speaking to the youth at their Sunday and mid-week services. In 1992, Pastor Anderson began working in the Jail Ministry.

Upon his graduation from Bethel Bible Institute in 1995, Pastor Anderson was released by Bishop Roderick Caesar to go to Westbury Gospel Tabernacle. Immediately he began to work in the Pantry Ministry with his father. Soon after, he along with several others, started the Spiritual Renewal Ministry, counseling juveniles in detention centers as well as adult drug counseling and marital counseling. In June, 1997 Pastor Anderson was ordained as Rev. David Anderson and continued to work at Westbury Gospel Tabernacle handling many of the ministerial assignments of that office until he was called and later installed as Pastor of RH Ministries.

Today Pastor Anderson continues his work with those incarcerated as a Social Work Transporter/Investigator for the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County and as a Registered Nassau County Chaplain. Pastor Anderson has a passion for bringing the Word of God to those locked down but not locked out.

Pastor Beverly Sherrod

Pastor Beverly Sherrod serves as Associate Pastor at Foundation Church, where she directs the Counseling Ministry, oversees Christian Education, and provides pastoral care. She also serves as Executive Dean and faculty member at Bethel Bible Institute. Born to the Foundation Church founders, the late Bishop Roderick Richardson Cæsar Sr. and Gertude Brown Cæsar, Pastor Beverly has faithfully carried forward the legacy of her parents’ ministry.

Born in Queens, New York, Pastor Sherrod previously served for eleven years as Assistant Pastor at Westbury Gospel Tabernacle. Guided by Proverbs 11:30, she inspires believers to find creative ways to win souls to Christ. Known for her relatability, she connects deeply with young people while also ministering with compassion to seniors. She has engaged in extensive mission work across the Caribbean and Africa and volunteered for Hospice of NY. She holds a Th.B. from Vision International University, a B.A. from The College of New Rochelle, and an M.S.W. from Adelphi University.

Married to Pastor John Sherrod, she is the mother of Reverend Rhonda Saunders. Her heart’s desire is to wholly follow the Lord to the very end.

Pastor Renee Crump-Dedmond

Pastor Renée Crump-Dedmon serves as Associate Pastor at Foundation Church in Jamaica, NY, where she oversees clergy, leads the small cell-group ministry, C.A.R.E. (Christ-like Approach to Reaching Everyone), and teaches in the church’s Bible school. She is also a conference speaker with a passion for ministering to women of all ages, encouraging them to live in spiritual, emotional, relational, and financial wholeness.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Pastor Crump-Dedmon earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Syracuse University and post-graduate degrees in Reading Education and School Supervision and Administration from Queens College, CUNY. Her nearly four-decade career in education includes 30 years in the Freeport School District, where she retired as principal of New Visions Elementary School, a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School.

Guided by Ephesians 3:7, she continues to teach and mentor others in the faith. She enjoys gardening and cooking and lives in Dix Hills, NY, with her husband, Deacon Kenneth Dedmon.

Pastor Shanekwa Hicks

Pastor Shanekwa Hicks serves as Youth Pastor at Foundation Church, where she oversees all youth ministries and provides spiritual leadership to the next generation. Since joining Foundation Church in 1995, she has led and served in multiple areas, including Junior Church/Kids for Christ, Imago Dei (young adult ministry), summer camp, youth choirs, dance ministry, and Bethel Bible Institute, where she continues to instruct.

She has been a Chaplin and Minister, and is still actively involved in local missions, street ministry, and Foundation Church’s community initiatives, providing services and outreach to children and families.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, New York, Pastor Hicks accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at age 20 during a phone call with a fellow student from St. John’s University. She holds a B.S. in Communication Arts, an M.S.Ed. in Elementary Education and Students with Disabilities, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Theology at Bethel Bible Institute. Her heart is to equip young people to know Christ and live with purpose.

Pastor Dr. Beverly Caesar

Pastor Dr. Beverly Morrison Cæsar serves as Overseer of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Fellowship International (BGTFI), where she provides visionary leadership, teaches, preaches, and equips believers for service. She works alongside her husband of 45 years, Bishop Roderick Richardson Cæsar, and leads multiple ministries that impact lives locally and globally. Pastor Bev is also a professor at Bethel Bible Institute; and she currently serves as an Associate Pastor in Foundation Church (FC). For over ten years she also directed international missions in Jamaica, Haiti, and Uganda. She supervised and implemented local and national missions.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies, Pastor Cæsar began serving at Foundation Church, formerly known as Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, in the 1970s. She holds a B.S. from Hunter College, a B.Th. from Bethel Bible Institute, and a Master of Biblical Studies from Anchor Theological Seminary. She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Vision International University in 2022. Her ministry philosophy centers on ministering to the entire person, spirit, soul, and body, with a special passion for women’s ministry, combining traditional ministry approaches with the transformative power of the creative arts. ACTStudios is a training platform for anyone interested in honing in on their dramatic and expressive creativity. 

She is the founder and director of the W.I.V.E.S Forum, an international organization that seeks to bring spiritual empowerment and guidance to women in their role as wives.

Pastor Bev is also the Publisher of ZizaCreative Publishing Company assisting twelve authors to achieve their vision as authors.  A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Pastor Bev is also an author having penned three books, Experiencing The 25th Hour is her bestseller. 

This playwright is also founder of several outreach and arts initiatives. Her love for all manner of creative expression continues to inspire and engage communities for the glory of God.

Bishop Roderick R. Caesar

Dr. Roderick Richardson Cæsar is the International Bishop of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Fellowship International (BGTFI). He currently gives guidance to five branch churches in Queens, Long Island,  Brooklyn, Georgia and Haiti. 

For 40 years he gave pastoral oversight to a vibrant congregation of over 2,000 members of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle, now Foundation Church.

Rooted in a deep conviction that “only what is done for Christ will last,” his ministry blends biblical vision with strategic leadership to impact communities locally, nationally, and globally. 

Under his guidance, Foundation Church  and its ministries continue to amplify missions, Christian and general education, children, youth and young adult ministries, men’s discipleship, and an expansive media outreach.

Born in Jamaica, Queens, New York Bishop Cæsar is the son of Bethel’s founders, Roderick Richardson Cæsar Sr. and Gertrude Brown Cæsar. He began ministry under his parents’ mentorship, later serving as Pastor of Calvary Full Gospel Church in Woodside, Queens for ten years, before becoming Assistant Pastor of Bethel. In 1984, his father entrusted him with the role of Senior Pastor, and in 1994 he was consecrated as Bishop. He holds degrees from Northgate Bible College and Logos Bible College, with theological training from Zion and Bethel Bible Institutes, and was awarded a Doctor of Divinity from Vision International University in 1994.

Bishop Cæsar’s passion extends to raising up future leaders, pouring into those called to establish and grow ministries that will advance God’s Kingdom for generations to come. He lives in Hollis, Queens, with his wife, Pastor Dr. Beverly Cæsar. He is blessed with four children. His miracle son, Roderick Richardson, III, now pastors the historical BGT– now Foundation Church. Eight grandchildren bring joy to his heart.

Pastor John Sherrod

Pastor John Sherrod (“Pastor J”) serves as Associate Pastor at Foundation Church in Jamaica, NY, where he leads the Life & Relational Ministries, overseeing men’s, women’s, family, mentorship, and discipleship ministries. Since joining the church in 2002, he has also served in branch church leadership, as Executive Administrator of Red Hook Gospel Tabernacle, and as Operations Administrator for Camp Joharie.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, Pastor J was called to pastoral ministry with a burden to help disenfranchised men and families rebuild their lives through the abundant life promised in Christ. He has officiated weddings, funerals, and christenings, preached and taught weekly Bible studies, and led all-night prayer gatherings.

A graduate of Bethel Bible Institute, Pastor J studied at Nyack College and Alliance Seminary and is pursuing his Doctor of Ministry. Guided by Luke 22:42, his life mission is to serve with the heart of Christ: “Not my will, but Yours be done.”

Pastor Kevin Page

Pastor Dr. Kevin Page serves as Operations Pastor at Foundation Church, where he ensures the church runs smoothly by overseeing facilities, media, missions, security, ushers, and greeters, bridging the Senior Pastor’s vision with practical implementation. Since joining Foundation Church in 1988, he has faithfully served as Deacon, Chair of the Deacon Board, Minister, Reverend, and Pastor.

Born in Queens, New York, Pastor Kevin came to faith in college through a local pastor’s outreach to students. While serving as a Deacon, he received a clear call to pastoral ministry, confirmed by God’s Word and members of the congregation. He holds degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Ministry, and Biblical Studies, culminating in a Doctor of Theology from Anchor Theological Seminary in 2024.

Guided by Ephesians 4:12, he is passionate about equipping believers for service. He enjoys carpentry and home improvement and serves in ministry alongside his wife, Minister Beatrice Page. They have two adult sons.

Pastor Curl Hazell

Pastor Curl Oral Hazell became a follower of Jesus Christ in 1989. He received his spiritual nurturing primarily under the ministries of Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Inc., located in Queens, NY, under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Roderick R. Caesar, Jr.

While at Bethel, Curl served for many years in various capacities, including Co-youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, and as a Deacon. In the course of time, he felt impressed of the Lord to engage in in-depth theological study and reflection. His journey in pursuit of that goal includes an Associate in Biblical studies at the Bethel Bible Institute and a Master of Divinity at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, where he graduated at the top of his class - summa cum laude. Upon graduating from Seminary in 2003, Curl was ordained as a minister under Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Fellowship International.

Having received the full blessing of Bishop Caesar and the Bethel ministries, in 2005, Curl migrated to Conyers, GA, and in answer to the call of God to pastor, founded Agape Fellowship Christian Center, Inc. - a vibrant ministry for the entire family.

In addition to his ministry portfolio, Curl is a licensed, practicing pharmacist, having licensure in the states of New York and Georgia.
